GIFT VOUCHER — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Validity

All gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

2. Non-Refundable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other forms of payment.

3. Redeemable Services

Vouchers can be redeemed for products or services at The New Black Industries.

4. Booking Requirements

Bookings made with a voucher require the voucher number to be provided at the time of booking.
A deposit may still be required to secure certain appointments (e.g., colour work, extensions).

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat your voucher like cash.

6. Partial Redemptions

If the full value is not used in one visit, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date.
Remaining balances cannot be refunded or transferred.

Complimentary or promotional vouchers may have different expiry dates or restrictions.
These cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless specified.

9. No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Standard salon cancellation policies apply.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the voucher being partially or fully forfeited.

10. Use in Peak Periods

Availability during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, weekends) is not guaranteed. Book early to avoid disappointment.
