HOW THE BLACK CARD WORKS

• Direct debit weekly or fortnightly
• Membership balance builds and is used toward any service or product
• 6 months or 12 months
• Non-refundable balance (can be used on services & retail only)
• Pause anytime (1 pause per 6 months, max 4 weeks)
• 14 days notice to cancel after membership term
• If a payment fails, membership temporarily pauses
